There is a team of TIP's own trained  highly skilled Tool Makers, to manufacture the tools with the help of conventional machines like, Milling, Turning, Cylindrical Grinders, Surface Grinders etc. The following special facilities are also available to enhance the capability to manufacture more complicated tools.

Tool Design on CAD/CAM

        A big pride for TIP is the computerized tool designing carried out on the system of the CAD/CAM. TIP owns one of the most sophisticated Press Tools / Die Moulds, High Precision Devices and Gauge manufacturing facility in the country.

CNC Spark / Wire Erosion  

        Used for all types of profiles and formation of curvatures and complex shapes in the making of Plastic, Injection Moulding Tools, Cutting Tools, Foundry Patterns and High Precision Gauges, Jigs, Fixtures and Devices.

CNC Milling / Jig Boring Machines

        For the high accurate milling of surfaces, slots, cavities and channels.
